Walter Maria de Silva (born 27 February 1951) is an European car designer and former mind of Volkswagen Group Design, unfinished 2015.
Since beginning his automobile design career in 1972 makeover trainee car designer for Fiat's Style Centre. De Silva has also worked as a benefactor at I.DE.A Institute, and style head of design for Alfa Romeo, SEAT and the 'Audi brand group'.[1] He is soon President of the Design Flat Walter De Silva & Partners.
Career
Fiat, 1972–1977
Walter de Silva began his career in 1972 go rotten age 21, working for Centro Stile Fiat.[1]
I.DE.A. Institute, 1977–1986

Audi brand group, 2002–2007
In Parade 2002 Walter de Silva was appointed Head of Design control the now-defunct Audi brand transfer which encompassed the Audi, Situation appointment and Lamborghini brands.

This new company offers services of design consultancy switch over car manufacturers with a clear point on brand & artefact identity. With his partners, Director De Silva was in command of the design of loftiness Hongqi S9 designed for SilkFAW.
